I got matched with Coach Brandon and he has helped me PR tremendously! I went from a 3:40 marathon down to a 3:04:08 marathon. Thanks to Coach Brandon’s guidance we were able to pin a strategy that was optimal for me to race well. I was also able to PR in the half marathon as well coming from a 1:26:55 half all the way down to a 1:22:03 half. Would highly recommend Run Your Personal Best if you want to optimize your running. GBBest coaching experience! Cory is a no non-sense coach. He gives structured workouts detailed to the athlete's goals. He gave workout plans to both me and my partner tailored to our specific running styles. He has a keen sense of how to coach the individual, rather than applying the same regimen for every runner. This makes him a good choice for all levels, from beginner to elite. And to boot, he is really genuine person -- always patient and willing to answer questions!
