Don’t buy from this company Don’t buy from this company! They don’t stand behind their promises.This is a Terrible unreliable company who sell products that don’t work & has horrible customer service. We purchased an item from here which cost $600 & it only lasted a little over a month. When I called the hydra fitness exchange about the product that didn’t work he made promises to call me back to resolve issue but he didn’t call back so when I called back he claimed i hadn’t called them to inform them of the issue & he could not help me in any way. A very poor run company with no customer service.?Don’t buy from them!

Very poor customer service Very poor customer service. ☹ Takes a very long time for them to respond. See other reviews where they placed the blame on us customers. 🤨 From their reply they tell me they're getting tons of messages from customers. Yep I believe that because they are so shady!

Great customer service Called and confirmed part….rep told me to calibrate the machine….the part came in sooner than planned ….treadmill is working again…..great experience

Part no longer manufactured Part no longer manufactured. This was the only business that had a used replacement. Part arrived and was in like new condition. Very happy with the whole experience. Will likely use them for future fitness machines repairs. (Forgot to note that the shipping was cheap and arrived 5 days after orded)
