They don’t stand behind their promises.This is a Terrible unreliable company who sell products that don’t work & has horrible customer service. We purchased an item from here which cost $600 & it only lasted a little over a month. When I called the hydra fitness exchange about the product that didn’t work he made promises to call me back to resolve issue but he didn’t call back so when I called back he claimed i hadn’t called them to inform them of the issue & he could not help me in any way. A very poor run company with no customer service.?Don’t buy from them!

Glad to have finally found a replacement part Expensive for an used part, but grateful nonetheless that they were able to send it to me. Now, if only someone in my family would use the danged elliptical machine, as it's taking up a lot of room in my garage.
