Pioneer is Amazing! I ordered a black glitter belt for powerlifting from them and I absolutely love it! I get so many compliments on it whenever I go to meets, or across my social media. People are always asking me where I got it. The quality of it is amazing as well. Naturally, the glitter comes off, which is expected (I mean c’mon, it’s glitter) but the rest of the belt itself is such great quality. And it shipped so fast too. I can’t wait to try more of their products, and maybe get another belt too!

Great service and reliable gear I love the custom 13MM belt I ordered with the half inch lever. Customer service was the most helpful and always gave updates when I ordered during my deployment last year. Looking forward to creating another belt.

NO customer service The customer service other reviewers raved about was totally absent from my experience with this company. Friday afternoon the tracking info said the package had been delivered to my mailbox. It was not in my mailbox, or on my porch, or in my neighbors’ mailboxes either. I emailed the customer service address, clearly saying as much, and the sum total of their response was : Hey, They said it’s in your mailbox. This was followed by the person’s name. So the response was basically “tough s—-, we don’t care.” I finally managed to locate the package. It had been delivered to the wrong house, which is the USPS’ fault, not the company’s, but good Lord, that’s the best they can do?

Best belt you can buy I’ve used my 10mm single prong belt from Pioneer for about 7 years now, I’ve not had a better experience with any other belt. The belt has worn by this point, but that’s my fault for not taking better care of it in humid/tropical climate (Hawaii). Has held up extremely well, with no breaks in material other than the loosening of the islets that I always use depending on my bodyweight and some rust from the buckle. I cannot recommend a better belt to use, and look forward to using more products as well as the great customer service Matt and his crew have with each interaction I give them!
