I had some time to decide on what I needed and so as questions came up I asked and he was very prompt with a response. I felt very confident that he was providing me with great information and wonderful customer service. I went to several stores in town (big box and privately owned) and they did not provide the knowledge, patience, or customer service that I got with Jason. Other online stores were not very helpful and treated customers like an assembly line with the responses to questions etc. Jason is the reason I selected your company and the product because I felt confident that I had someone I could reach out to and rely on.

Excellent Service So Far I was doing research on treadmills and had settled on a particular model. I had a few questions and the chat notification popped up. Jason Mercado was on the other end and was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions on specs, warranty and anything else I needed. He gave me his email and was very responsive and patient in the coming weeks. He was also able to help me find a better fitness solution at a comparable price. We had an FT2 delivered and installed… We had an FT2 delivered and installed by Jay, and he did an absolutely awesome job! He was kind, knowledgeable and so easy to work with when scheduling and during our install. After he was done, he even went above and beyond and moved a dumbbell wrack and dumbbells back into the room that we moved to be out of his way. He was exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every way!
