Easy process, excellent customer service, great price I was comparing the pricing of a product between the Precor site and a local business. As much as I prefer to support local businesses, the price for the product + delivery/set-up was simply too good to pass up. Excellent Service So Far I was doing research on treadmills and had settled on a particular model. I had a few questions and the chat notification popped up. Jason Mercado was on the other end and was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions on specs, warranty and anything else I needed. He gave me his email and was very responsive and patient in the coming weeks. He was also able to help me find a better fitness solution at a comparable price.
