The machine itself is pretty stable and secure, not much to worry about with it breaking while I’m on it or anything like that. Now, it was on back order when I placed my order, but the customer reps from Pilates Connector kept me updated throughout the whole process and it did arrive safely at my house in one piece.

Finally I got my Reformer... its is absolutely BEAUTIFUL... took almost 4 weeks to get it but it was so worth it.......Customer service was great!! they always answered my questions and my emails...
