It has been fully paid for, so I'm now paying interest on something I don't even have. I realize that times are strange with shipping items etc., but haven't heard anything from them since the last notification that it would be even later than expected. I've not been given any kind of time frame when I might receive it either. It's been a frustrating experience and it makes me nervous that I may never see my reformer despite already shelling out a substantial amount of money.
