These lights emit soothing colors that helps create a calming ambiance during our massage session. It adds a unique touch to the experience and enhances relaxation. OMG! HAPPY OMG!! Finally I got my Reformer... its is absolutely BEAUTIFUL... took almost 4 weeks to get it but it was so worth it.......Customer service was great!! they always answered my questions and my emails... Reformer didn't come with Instructions of how to assemble it but we figure it out!!!!!!!!!!! -Thank you so much!!!!!

Can not reach an employee I have not been able to reach customer service in 2 weeks to install my new equipment. No one calls back. Kind of disappointing because the equipment is expensive. I’ll reconsider my review once it gets out of the box if I ever reach an employee.
