Danita is awesome Danita is awesome! I love the monthly challenges and the way she keeps everyone engaged. I recently had some issues with the app and she always made time to respond to me and kept working on the problem until she got it resolved. I appreciate the tenacity!

Love this program! I decided to join Booty Bands and Barbell program due to it fitting what I was looking for, short affective workouts! I also loved the idea of having all my equipment at home and building my own gym. After following the program for about 1 year and in half, I have to say that I feel that I have a healthier body than ever and that is even after having my 3 babies. Thank you Danita for all your guidance and motivation!

The program is great! Danita is great! She supportive and very knowledgeable. I appreciate her meeting me where I am, as far as knowledge about a certain subject, and building from there. There have been some bumps in the road with billing, and the program is not cheap. I've only been in the program a few weeks, and I'm already seeing results, so I'm excited to see where this takes me!

Worst company to deal with Worst company to deal with. I purchased the complete home gym. First of all the set came with 8 missing weight plates. Second they packaging was horrible. 6o lbs of weight in one cardboard box. Poor mail carriers. The weight stand came in a card board box with nothing to protect it inside so it had poked through the box in multiple places. The company getting back to you takes an act of God. After being told that all of their boxes are packaged with love. (What a joke) and then finding out that I was still Missing weight plates and two have them have been sold out since December not sure what they are still selling things that are sold out. Sent an email with pictures of what I got them receiving no reply after that and having to reach out to them for like the 5th time.they are finally going to make it right. Supposedly. I guess I will Have to come back and let you know if I actually get what they said they were going to send. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY. It has been a horrible experience. Wanted to purchase from a woman owned business. What a joke!
