I never ordered customized item! Danita the owner also uses gaslighting tactic by telling you other customers are sweet and understanding about this. Sorry girl, I'm not sweet and I want my money back. I'm disputing my charge through my bank after 3weeks of wait now. Danita won't even reply to me anymore because I'm not sweet to her.
