Love this program! I decided to join Booty Bands and Barbell program due to it fitting what I was looking for, short affective workouts! I also loved the idea of having all my equipment at home and building my own gym. After following the program for about 1 year and in half, I have to say that I feel that I have a healthier body than ever and that is even after having my 3 babies. Thank you Danita for all your guidance and motivation!

I was surprised at how if you follow the tips of the healthy food plan and exercise you WILL see results. Having Danita Having Danita, the owner of the company call me meant so much! I learned so much in 15 mins and Danita identified my own individual issue as to why I was having trouble losing fat. She addressed each issue and gave me solutions. She provided tools and information to set me on the right path to follow a plan to reach my goal. Great Coaching Call I had a great coach call. I explained my body goals and she really listened. She gave me positive feedback and great suggestions on how to achieve my goals and better incorporate more protein.
