I placed an order and haven’t received the item nor any updates on where it is. I have emailed them multiple times and even tried calling with no answer! So bummed. AUExtremely happy with quality! Extremely happy with the quality of my Nordic white ice bath, I’ve been using other bars for about seven years and tried different styles. However this ice bath including the lid. Keeps the water freshen cold. In the last few months we’ve had between 35 and 40°C days and the ice bath still stays cold, I’m able to quickly disassemble it and carry it with me. When I go on my travels.
