Still haven't received my item I purchased an ice bath, waited and waited for it to arrive. Advised me there was a misunderstanding and have upgraded the ice bath, which I am still yet to receive. Customer Service is lacking. Think I may have lost my $$$. Very disappointed. I just want my ice bath.

Never received my product. Placed an order, waited almost 3 weeks with no response. I decided to email them to ask what's going on and they cancelled my order and issued a refund. Very bad business who clearly are drop shipping and don't actually hold any stock. Unreliable. Do not trust these people with your money. I thought I'd just lost $150 until they refunded me

I use it almost every day and am truly impressed ✨. Didn't expect it to be this good. I can recommend the ice bath; it definitely gives the impression of high quality, and after a month of use, it's just as good as day one 👌.
