Still haven't received my item I purchased an ice bath, waited and waited for it to arrive. Advised me there was a misunderstanding and have upgraded the ice bath, which I am still yet to receive. Customer Service is lacking. Think I may have lost my $$$. Very disappointed. I just want my ice bath.

Lack of communication regarding order placed an order however after some time had passed, I sent an email enquiring about the status of my order, as I had not received any follow-up emails regarding shipping.
