GBI placed an order and haven’t received… UPDATE: The day after posting a review they reached out to me. Item was lost in mail so they have refunded my money. I placed an order and haven’t received the item nor any updates on where it is. I have emailed them multiple times and even tried calling with no answer! So bummed. Was looking forward to an ice bath experience! ☹️

GBI've been setting it up on my balcony… I've been setting it up on my balcony for a month now, and it's really great 👍. Lightweight, sealed everywhere, and performs exceptionally. I use it almost every day and am truly impressed ✨. Didn't expect it to be this good. I can recommend the ice bath; it definitely gives the impression of high quality, and after a month of use, it's just as good as day one 👌.

AULack of communication regarding order placed an order however after some time had passed, I sent an email enquiring about the status of my order, as I had not received any follow-up emails regarding shipping. To date, I have sent several emails asking about my order however I have received NO response from anyone from this company.
