AULack of communication regarding order placed an order however after some time had passed, I sent an email enquiring about the status of my order, as I had not received any follow-up emails regarding shipping. To date, I have sent several emails asking about my order however I have received NO response from anyone from this company.

GBI placed an order and haven’t received… UPDATE: The day after posting a review they reached out to me. Item was lost in mail so they have refunded my money. I placed an order and haven’t received the item nor any updates on where it is. I have emailed them multiple times and even tried calling with no answer! So bummed. Was looking forward to an ice bath experience! ☹️

AUStill haven't received my item I purchased an ice bath, waited and waited for it to arrive. Advised me there was a misunderstanding and have upgraded the ice bath, which I am still yet to receive. Customer Service is lacking. Think I may have lost my $$$. Very disappointed. I just want my ice bath.

AUNever received my product. Placed an order, waited almost 3 weeks with no response. I decided to email them to ask what's going on and they cancelled my order and issued a refund. Very bad business who clearly are drop shipping and don't actually hold any stock. Unreliable. Do not trust these people with your money. I thought I'd just lost $150 until they refunded me
