Transformative workout equipment I have to say I use the long bands for everything. I have a gym with plenty of kettle bells and dumbbells, yet these groMoto bands get used a ton as well. If you have something to hang them off of like a pull up bar, you can loop the included straps around it and now you have a pulley machine. You can also put those same little straps around a workout bench and do exercises like that. I find the original piece of equipment with the little tiny tubes that wraps around your back to be rather useless and uncomfortable, but I absolutely love the bar, and the long tubes. I also bought an ab roller and their design is really good. The double wheels and the handles make a difference.

They sell in two parts but if you buy… They sell in two parts but if you buy one with chest+ bar, they are missing parts u need for bar exercise. So you have to buy two. I still bought two but the band did not last long. It just snapped after about a year.

Legitimate Useful Product Legitimate product. Ordered from Australia and was able to track and received it in reasonable time considered the current climate of delivery services. I will use my resistance bands frequently as I am always traveling around and may not be able to get to a gym. Thanks.

Terrible quality and no support Bought one of their resistance bands in March of 2021, and with light use every other day, it had broken by September of 2021. Their customer support won't do anything except offer to sell me more of their product. This is a complete scam of a company, selling substandard exercise equipment. You're better off paying a bit more from a reputable brand.

Giving life back to this silver fox 🦊 Very happy , as a 57 year old male that hasn’t trained since March 2020 due to Covid restrictions , I found this way a good way to ease back into the gym at my own pace
