I also clicked a wrong item when i made my last order, but customer service was able to fix it and made it pain free. They were responsive and made the change before my order was even shipped. Legitimate Useful Product Legitimate product. Ordered from Australia and was able to track and received it in reasonable time considered the current climate of delivery services. I will use my resistance bands frequently as I am always traveling around and may not be able to get to a gym. Thanks.

mistake's going well hi there we ordered the belts and i made a mistake in my order so i kept the order with resistance tubes and made a new order for the belts in all different weights when my order arrived this time they made a mistake and i get back the resistance tubes so i made contact with them and explained my problem and they offered me to send the belts and now i have all that i wanted and use them very often and in my opinion it works really good the service was excellent so if you want to order don't hesitate and just do it and if there is anything going wrong just get in contact thank you so much

I love it I love it. I Live in small apartment so no room for huge workout equipment and with covid causing the gyms to close its so great to have all my fav workouts literally fit into a small bag. Absolutely recommend.

Terrible quality and no support Bought one of their resistance bands in March of 2021, and with light use every other day, it had broken by September of 2021. Their customer support won't do anything except offer to sell me more of their product. This is a complete scam of a company, selling substandard exercise equipment. You're better off paying a bit more from a reputable brand.
