GBTransformative workout equipment I have to say I use the long bands for everything. I have a gym with plenty of kettle bells and dumbbells, yet these groMoto bands get used a ton as well. If you have something to hang them off of like a pull up bar, you can loop the included straps around it and now you have a pulley machine. You can also put those same little straps around a workout bench and do exercises like that. I find the original piece of equipment with the little tiny tubes that wraps around your back to be rather useless and uncomfortable, but I absolutely love the bar, and the long tubes. I also bought an ab roller and their design is really good. The double wheels and the handles make a difference.

AUThe company sends out your product with… The company sends out your product with an incomplete address and then palms off all responsiblity they have and tell you to get into contact with Fedex and it isnt their responsibility. They also make out like they are an Australian company with the Gromoto.Au but they are based out of China and take ages for delivery. Pretty dissapointing for something that is ment to be a decent company. If there were 0 stars id give it.

KRThey sell in two parts but if you buy… They sell in two parts but if you buy one with chest+ bar, they are missing parts u need for bar exercise. So you have to buy two. I still bought two but the band did not last long. It just snapped after about a year.

AUIf you are new to exercise or you hate the gym, this is for you. I seem to have a fear of the gym and also I just struggle to find the time to dedicate myself to regular exercise. I purchased the gains set and I’ve been using nearly every single day (making sure to give my body breaks in between). This equipment makes it so easy to exercise without feeling like it’s just too much effort - which is usually my struggle. I’ve not seen any changes to weight lose or anything yet but I have noticed that I have gained muscle, strength and flexibility. I’m excited to see how much more my body will change with consistent use.
