The company sends out your product with… The company sends out your product with an incomplete address and then palms off all responsiblity they have and tell you to get into contact with Fedex and it isnt their responsibility. They also make out like they are an Australian company with the Gromoto.Au but they are based out of China and take ages for delivery. Pretty dissapointing for something that is ment to be a decent company. If there were 0 stars id give it.

Gromoto is the best!! The Gromoto product is very unique and works very well. Tremendously thought out design. Service and delivery was very good and fast. Definitely recommend Gromoto.

I also clicked a wrong item when i made my last order, but customer service was able to fix it and made it pain free. They were responsive and made the change before my order was even shipped. Very happy wit the product and customer service.

mistake's going well hi there we ordered the belts and i made a mistake in my order so i kept the order with resistance tubes and made a new order for the belts in all different weights when my order arrived this time they made a mistake and i get back the resistance tubes so i made contact with them and explained my problem and they offered me to send the belts and now i have all that i wanted and use them very often and in my opinion it works really good the service was excellent so if you want to order don't hesitate and just do it and if there is anything going wrong just get in contact thank you so much
