They sell in two parts but if you buy… They sell in two parts but if you buy one with chest+ bar, they are missing parts u need for bar exercise. So you have to buy two. I still bought two but the band did not last long. It just snapped after about a year.

If you are new to exercise or you hate the gym, this is for you. I seem to have a fear of the gym and also I just struggle to find the time to dedicate myself to regular exercise. I purchased the gains set and I’ve been using nearly every single day (making sure to give my body breaks in between). This equipment makes it so easy to exercise without feeling like it’s just too much effort - which is usually my struggle. I’ve not seen any changes to weight lose or anything yet but I have noticed that I have gained muscle, strength and flexibility. Pleasantly surprised Purchased the gromoto grip set for my partner for Christmas. He is really enjoying using it! Compact, stores easily in any space, easy to use and gives him a good work out. You can purchase additional bands/set for a more intense or different workout.

I love it I love it. I Live in small apartment so no room for huge workout equipment and with covid causing the gyms to close its so great to have all my fav workouts literally fit into a small bag. Absolutely recommend.
