On the instructions there were other extensions bands that needed to help with certain exercises but it wasn’t in the box. Apparently you have to pay for them extra. I thought the bands were included. Other than that it’s good.

Transformative workout equipment I have to say I use the long bands for everything. I have a gym with plenty of kettle bells and dumbbells, yet these groMoto bands get used a ton as well. If you have something to hang them off of like a pull up bar, you can loop the included straps around it and now you have a pulley machine. You can also put those same little straps around a workout bench and do exercises like that. I find the original piece of equipment with the little tiny tubes that wraps around your back to be rather useless and uncomfortable, but I absolutely love the bar, and the long tubes. I also bought an ab roller and their design is really good. The double wheels and the handles make a difference.
