AUThe company sends out your product with… The company sends out your product with an incomplete address and then palms off all responsiblity they have and tell you to get into contact with Fedex and it isnt their responsibility. They also make out like they are an Australian company with the Gromoto.Au but they are based out of China and take ages for delivery. Pretty dissapointing for something that is ment to be a decent company. If there were 0 stars id give it.

CABUYER BEWARE!! Looks good and work until it doesn't. Don't expect the bands to last longer than 6 to 8 months with only moderate use. Customer service was non existent and basically told me warranty was only 14 days but I could always purchase another set. PLEASE BE VERY AWARE THESE WILL NOT LAST BEFORE PURCHASE.

CADeceitful “Full” Kit package / Customer Service failure Original full kit order is not straight forward. This should come with connectors for feet in the kit. Definitely a money grabber. Good to use, but I would suggest going with a different manufacture company. Customer service (Jagravi Shah, The Customer Care Advisor) at their shipping company “DHL” has been the worst experience I have had in my entire life. I would suggest that the Team at Gromoto addresses these issues soon.

GBTerrible quality and no support Bought one of their resistance bands in March of 2021, and with light use every other day, it had broken by September of 2021. Their customer support won't do anything except offer to sell me more of their product. This is a complete scam of a company, selling substandard exercise equipment. You're better off paying a bit more from a reputable brand.

KRThey sell in two parts but if you buy… They sell in two parts but if you buy one with chest+ bar, they are missing parts u need for bar exercise. So you have to buy two. I still bought two but the band did not last long. It just snapped after about a year.
