I also clicked a wrong item when i made my last order, but customer service was able to fix it and made it pain free. They were responsive and made the change before my order was even shipped. Very happy wit the product and customer service.

Terrible quality and no support Bought one of their resistance bands in March of 2021, and with light use every other day, it had broken by September of 2021. Their customer support won't do anything except offer to sell me more of their product. This is a complete scam of a company, selling substandard exercise equipment. You're better off paying a bit more from a reputable brand.

Transformative workout equipment I have to say I use the long bands for everything. I have a gym with plenty of kettle bells and dumbbells, yet these groMoto bands get used a ton as well. If you have something to hang them off of like a pull up bar, you can loop the included straps around it and now you have a pulley machine. You can also put those same little straps around a workout bench and do exercises like that. I find the original piece of equipment with the little tiny tubes that wraps around your back to be rather useless and uncomfortable, but I absolutely love the bar, and the long tubes. I also bought an ab roller and their design is really good. The double wheels and the handles make a difference.

If you are new to exercise or you hate the gym, this is for you. I seem to have a fear of the gym and also I just struggle to find the time to dedicate myself to regular exercise. I purchased the gains set and I’ve been using nearly every single day (making sure to give my body breaks in between). This equipment makes it so easy to exercise without feeling like it’s just too much effort - which is usually my struggle. I’ve not seen any changes to weight lose or anything yet but I have noticed that I have gained muscle, strength and flexibility. I’m excited to see how much more my body will change with consistent use.

Pleasantly surprised Purchased the gromoto grip set for my partner for Christmas. He is really enjoying using it! Compact, stores easily in any space, easy to use and gives him a good work out. You can purchase additional bands/set for a more intense or different workout.
