Ideal for an allround (home) workout After starting fitness in the gym in my teens, I was now (in my 40s) looking for a way to build a small, effective home gym. To fit in workouts in a busy life, having propper equipment is key. Kensui is just amazing. The design is so smart. Quality material. And prices are fair, so yes I recommend them.

Kensui is a great company with great products! I have purchased almost all the products from Kensui. They are the most innovative fitness company out there, and have products that can fit everyone and their training methods.

Either scammers or incompetent! Same problem as others have mentioned. Ordered their tokyo bar 3 weeks ago. They give you the runaround when you inquire about your order. You get a real sense that they are either blitz scammers or just incredibly incompetent.

Worst company I have ever bought from Just like many others have reported, I have been waiting almost THREE months for chrome plates. Customer support has been extremely dodgy in their responses and will always say, "Your product is being shipped next week!" I've been following up since November to get these plates with no success. I am currently seeking a refund but have not been able to get one. They are scammers and have never dealt with a worse company in terms of support or customer service. I feel constantly lied to, scammed, and downright disrespected. Save your money and do not buy from Kensui. Their ads are all over social media but they will not deliver. Save yourself a massive headache and don't be fooled.

Lied The product was not in stock, yet they processed my order and charged my credit card. I was guaranteed 3 to 4 days priority shipping. That was 13 days ago. I contacted customer service and they emailed me back that orders were backed up at the shipping warehouse. I told them to cancel my order and refund my credit card. that was a week ago. They are a bait and switch company. I own a gym and will not do business with this company and have advised my membership base to do the same and have contacted gyms I do business with in Dallas and Houston not to do business with Kensui.
