Poor quality - Adjustabell Max Part of it was already hanging off with only a bit of glue holding it in place. Seems to come undone easily too. Really disappointing, especially for the price.

My order came 3 months late and it… My order came 3 months late and it would fit the olympic discs. For that's ok, as long as they issue a refund or they send me a new one but the customer support is non-existing.

Lied The product was not in stock, yet they processed my order and charged my credit card. I was guaranteed 3 to 4 days priority shipping. That was 13 days ago. I contacted customer service and they emailed me back that orders were backed up at the shipping warehouse. I told them to cancel my order and refund my credit card. that was a week ago. They are a bait and switch company. I own a gym and will not do business with this company and have advised my membership base to do the same and have contacted gyms I do business with in Dallas and Houston not to do business with Kensui.
