Poor quality - Adjustabell Max Part of it was already hanging off with only a bit of glue holding it in place. Seems to come undone easily too. Really disappointing, especially for the price.

Worst company I have ever bought from Just like many others have reported, I have been waiting almost THREE months for chrome plates. Customer support has been extremely dodgy in their responses and will always say, "Your product is being shipped next week!" I've been following up since November to get these plates with no success. I am currently seeking a refund but have not been able to get one. They are scammers and have never dealt with a worse company in terms of support or customer service. I feel constantly lied to, scammed, and downright disrespected. Save your money and do not buy from Kensui. Their ads are all over social media but they will not deliver. Save yourself a massive headache and don't be fooled.
