Ignored my order No delivery even though its past 8-12 for free shipping. No one answers to me when i ask politely. Never going to buy from them again.

Lied The product was not in stock, yet they processed my order and charged my credit card. I was guaranteed 3 to 4 days priority shipping. That was 13 days ago. I contacted customer service and they emailed me back that orders were backed up at the shipping warehouse. I told them to cancel my order and refund my credit card. that was a week ago. They are a bait and switch company. I own a gym and will not do business with this company and have advised my membership base to do the same and have contacted gyms I do business with in Dallas and Houston not to do business with Kensui.

They are a life saver and I'm getting stronger and stronger with them. Customer service is also very responsive and shipping was fast considering the holidays.

Customer support lacking. Awful craftsmanship. Customer support is pretty much absent and item arrived defective/falling apart. I've been waiting to hear back for over 3 weeks regarding basic product information in an email exchange. and phone calls go straight to voicemail. My YinYang Pros arrived with no padding or protection, just a thin form fitting box. They were sloppily assembled and the screw didn't even line up; resulting in one end falling off immediately after removing them from the box.
