ATI bought the Fitness & Nutrition Bundle… I bought the Fitness& Nutrition Bundle when they were discounted. BodyBoss caught my interest, because I wasn´t interested in loosing weight- since I´m almost underweight- but because I wanted to become fit and strong. I must say, I´m pretty satisfied with both books! The Nutrition Guide features a good variety of healthy receipes and snacks for 12 weeks. They show you your shopping list at the start of each week and which meal you should prep on sundays, to make it easier to integrate the plan when you are working. The meals are varied over all, but it could happen that you have to eat a meal more than once a week. That´s nothing that bothers me in particular. Especially, since I really like the receipes. The Ultimate Body 12-weeks fitness guide is VERY challenging. I´m a very unfit couch blob and had troubles with the pre-training, which is meant to prepare you for the real thing. BUT, if you are determined and pull through, you´ll see and feel results very fast. After one week, I was able to do both cycles of the training ( at the beginning I was only able to do one) and I could see that my thighs started to look better/ more defined. If I´m able to see first results with the pre-training alone, I´m pretty sure, the real training will lead to amazing results.

GBNo way to contact anyone for support I purchase a book a couple of years ago. Fine. I just got a notice that my password was compromised on their site. Now here is where the fun begins. I had to go digging through the FAQ to find one contact for support. The links are broken for this contact on multiple areas of their site. Their landing page links are also broken. It looks like the business hasn't update any of their social in quite a while. How do I know? Oh, yeah I had to go poking around their social media to try and contact someone. I've tweeted at them, found a bizarre email connected to their facebook and reached out. I messaged them on Instagram. I would like my account closed. Who knows if I'll get to talk to a real person. Not at all worth it.

GBI ordered at end of last year some… I ordered at end of last year some replacement bands and to this date March 22, 2021 I have still not received my order and I was charged. Multiple communications with someone named Erin G. Who keeps promising me it is ready to ship and will let me know tracking info when it does. Asked for full refund and forget order and was offered free extra set of bands..what I want is a refund and you can keep your product and your crappy customer service. Cannot use COVID 19 as an excuse definitely not now. I ordered original equipment mid pandemic last year and got it quickly now you cannot even get bands to me.
