It does count steps well It does count steps well, but that is about it. The battery capacity is very weak and I have to charge it every night. Biggest drawback is that it does not measure heart rate, blood pressure or oxygen correctly. Heart rate and blood pressure are always too low and oxygen level is always too high. I have precision instruments to compare the watch with. I also found I had to resync the watch every time I charged it with the ProFit application. And the print on the watch is too small to read any of the messages receive. After two weeks, I have put the watch in my drawer, it just was not worth the bother.

The app has a lot to be redone. It is more complicated to see the recorded data. I wanted a tracker for steps, sleep, calories burned, heart rate, water intake. The battery has only last just over 1 day before shutting off without warning I don't care about the running or situps. I will be using my Fitbit again
