I ordered the watch and when I got it I ordered the watch and when I got it. It recorded the first night of sleep and then quit after that and now the step counter isnt working and it is constantly coming off of my wrist i have connected it to my phone several times and reinstalled the app and still no sleep data and no steps now

Everything works very well. Nicely interfaces with my iPhone. I’ve only used it a few days, but I am continually discovering new features that this watch offers! Very satisfied My watch arrived sooner than I had expected. At first I did not know how it worked - couldn't read the tiny print on the instructions. Sent several emails and Andreas was very helpful and explained everything very well.
