I was having a problem placing my order, she helped me with my order. Received my watches but wanted to order 2 more. Placed my order but had a problem with Canadian funds, so they reimbursed my money. Then to top it all off I received an email from Andreah regarding this matter, she offered to send me the watches at no cost. Such an amazing company. Very satisfied My watch arrived sooner than I had expected. At first I did not know how it worked - couldn't read the tiny print on the instructions. Sent several emails and Andreas was very helpful and explained everything very well.

I ordered the watch and when I got it I ordered the watch and when I got it. It recorded the first night of sleep and then quit after that and now the step counter isnt working and it is constantly coming off of my wrist i have connected it to my phone several times and reinstalled the app and still no sleep data and no steps now
