I ordered a watch at the beginning of Aug, still haven't received it. My advice...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have tried numerous times to reach out to them and somehow they are not "reachable".

A simple and straight forward process A simple and straight forward process. 2x free watches ordered, and arrived within around 14 days. Simple to set up once I plugged the watch into my USB charger the correct way round! An easy device to navigate, simple readings, more or less accurate indicators of health levels.

Very satisfied My watch arrived sooner than I had expected. At first I did not know how it worked - couldn't read the tiny print on the instructions. Sent several emails and Andreas was very helpful and explained everything very well.

I was having a problem placing my order, she helped me with my order. Received my watches but wanted to order 2 more. Placed my order but had a problem with Canadian funds, so they reimbursed my money. Then to top it all off I received an email from Andreah regarding this matter, she offered to send me the watches at no cost. Such an amazing company. To offer to help out their clients with no questions asked. I’m very impressed with the smart band watches company 👍
