GBA friended at my church introduce me to… Befriended my church introduce me to this watch. I had Kobe born of the issues I had was a low O2. I ordered two watches with two day shipping. The Watchers took two and a half months to arrive. I emailed many times asking for a refund for for the extended shipping fee to be returned I don't know what answer saying there had been some type of storm or something they were sorry they were late. Never was my concern which is the extra money I paid addressed. I'm also a former eBay seller, have connections with wholesale, the watches are worth 2 bucks if you buy them in bulk. I knew that when I ordered it thought I was getting you something I could use as a medical tool in a timely manner, all of my reasons for getting it were contradicted by their actions. For $65 when can get a branded sports band with all the same features and extremely more durable!!!

GBAt first I thought the watch wouldn't… At first I thought the watch wouldn't charge but, I wasn't doing it right. After plugging it in differently, which didn't seem right, it started charging. When I sent an email asking questions I received a promt response.

GBI am not impressed with this watch I am not impressed with this watch. Yes I know I only paid for shipping, but it is less than I expected. The settings in the app are so limited. The app has a lot to be redone. It is more complicated to see the recorded data. I wanted a tracker for steps, sleep, calories burned, heart rate, water intake. The battery has only last just over 1 day before shutting off without warning I don't care about the running or situps. I will be using my Fitbit again

CAI’m very impressed with this company, amazing service 👍 The service at the smart Band watches from Andreah was incredible. She helped me from beginning to end. I was having a problem placing my order, she helped me with my order. Received my watches but wanted to order 2 more. Placed my order but had a problem with Canadian funds, so they reimbursed my money. Then to top it all off I received an email from Andreah regarding this matter, she offered to send me the watches at no cost. Such an amazing company. To offer to help out their clients with no questions asked. I’m very impressed with the smart band watches company 👍

GBI am giving 5 stars for the customer service rep I am giving 5 stars for the customer service I recieved. The watches would get 4 . They are very difficult to figure out (took me 4 days to get them connected to my phone and the app). I ordered 4 watches and 1 won't hold more than 2 bars worth of charge. After contacting customer service they are replacing the watch that won't hold a charge and I was finally able to get them to connect to the app. The customer service rep was very quick to respond and helpful with her responses.
