GBIt does count steps well It does count steps well, but that is about it. The battery capacity is very weak and I have to charge it every night. Biggest drawback is that it does not measure heart rate, blood pressure or oxygen correctly. Heart rate and blood pressure are always too low and oxygen level is always too high. I have precision instruments to compare the watch with. I also found I had to resync the watch every time I charged it with the ProFit application. And the print on the watch is too small to read any of the messages receive. After two weeks, I have put the watch in my drawer, it just was not worth the bother.

GBCustomer Service (Andreah) is incredible! I received my first watch and it didn't hold its charge. I contacted customer service and Andreah was incredibly helpful. She sent me a replacement watch. I haven't received it yet so I'll see how this one holds the charge. So far I haven't had much experience with the watch but Andreah, their customer service rep. is awesome.

GBA simple and straight forward process A simple and straight forward process. 2x free watches ordered, and arrived within around 14 days. Simple to set up once I plugged the watch into my USB charger the correct way round! An easy device to navigate, simple readings, more or less accurate indicators of health levels.

GBI selected 1 star because I didn't have… I selected 1 star because I didn't have an option in opting out, but I do not give this company any stars. I ordered a watch at the beginning of Aug, still haven't received it. My advice...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have tried numerous times to reach out to them and somehow they are not "reachable".

GBWatch would not connect to the Fitpro… Watch would not connect to the Fitpro App on Latest Samsung or Huawei phones found on old phone which did connect but the App threw up adverts every time it changed screen. Not so smart watch.
