Never came with charger I was upset… Never came with charger I was upset about that should of told me or I would of save more money to get a Samsung one or Apple that comes with charger now they spec me to pay more for a charger

Here's the lowdown Purchased January 10, 2021. Received in a few weeks from a fulfillment center. No information about company's physical address. My actual recent experience has been very disappointing : 1) The watch and 2 watchband pieces constantly disconnected 2) The watchband is way too big for me when I could occasionally get it together without falling apart. Even using the last hole in the strap, the watch hung too loose on my wrist to function. I tried sliding the watch up my arm when it was holding together, and one piece of the band or the other disconnected. 3) The information / operating sheet was on a tiny piece of paper with EXTREMELY SMALL print that I, with 20/20 vision, had trouble reading even with a very strong magnifying glass. 4) Because of the preceding problems, I was unable to get any meaningful data from this watch with alleged health data. I would very much like to return this item, but am having difficulty getting a response from freesmartband.com

A friended at my church introduce me to… Befriended my church introduce me to this watch. I had Kobe born of the issues I had was a low O2. I ordered two watches with two day shipping. The Watchers took two and a half months to arrive. I emailed many times asking for a refund for for the extended shipping fee to be returned I don't know what answer saying there had been some type of storm or something they were sorry they were late. Never was my concern which is the extra money I paid addressed. I'm also a former eBay seller, have connections with wholesale, the watches are worth 2 bucks if you buy them in bulk. I knew that when I ordered it thought I was getting you something I could use as a medical tool in a timely manner, all of my reasons for getting it were contradicted by their actions. For $65 when can get a branded sports band with all the same features and extremely more durable!!!

I ordered the watch and when I got it I ordered the watch and when I got it. It recorded the first night of sleep and then quit after that and now the step counter isnt working and it is constantly coming off of my wrist i have connected it to my phone several times and reinstalled the app and still no sleep data and no steps now

I’m very impressed with this company, amazing service 👍 The service at the smart Band watches from Andreah was incredible. She helped me from beginning to end. I was having a problem placing my order, she helped me with my order. Received my watches but wanted to order 2 more. Placed my order but had a problem with Canadian funds, so they reimbursed my money. Then to top it all off I received an email from Andreah regarding this matter, she offered to send me the watches at no cost. Such an amazing company. To offer to help out their clients with no questions asked. I’m very impressed with the smart band watches company 👍
