Be Careful with this company! Be careful with this company. They were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and aggressive towards me. After telling me we were working together and sending them my dissertation, I was left ghosted for 4 weeks, despite several unanswered email inquiries! I had to cancel a semester and lost lots of money. It took telling them I may leave a negative review to get a sudden response from their CFO (Lei), essentially informing me she forgot to get back to me to tell me they took on higher-paying clients. They were unapologetic, highly condescending and said they didn't want to work with me since I threatened to leave a bad review. The entire correspondence was around talking me out of leaving a review, using gaslighting tactics. I finally told them to bug off. Be warned.

Terrible academic service Worst experience in my whole academic career. They do not seem to do anything on time. They are so overloaded that they do not pay attention to some of the work. I wasted four weeks since consulting had nothing back. No topic development, nothing at all. I will never forget this experience. I wasted four weeks of my precious time. I will never recommend

Professor Marco and his colleagues were FANTASTIC! I worked with Professor Marco and he had the time that my actual professors just couldn't spare to really talk me through and guide me through my data. He also added in some editorial help at no charge! I was up against a deadline to get my draft in during the first part of March and Marco and his colleagues made time for me and really worked to make sure I had a clean draft and from there I was able to finish my thesis and ahead of schedule. I am so thankful because with out the Real Professors, I don't think I would be getting my degree in just a few short weeks! Thanks!
