Be Careful with this company! Be careful with this company. They were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and aggressive towards me. After telling me we were working together and sending them my dissertation, I was left ghosted for 4 weeks, despite several unanswered email inquiries! I had to cancel a semester and lost lots of money. It took telling them I may leave a negative review to get a sudden response from their CFO (Lei), essentially informing me she forgot to get back to me to tell me they took on higher-paying clients. They were unapologetic, highly condescending and said they didn't want to work with me since I threatened to leave a bad review. The entire correspondence was around talking me out of leaving a review, using gaslighting tactics. I finally told them to bug off. Be warned.

Just what I needed I had hit a point in my dissertation that I couldn't get past, and my "real" committee wasn't able or willing to help me. But Real Professors was. They helped me put the pieces together in a way made sense and pushed me over the finish line. And they did it in a supportive (and prompt!) way that was missing from my "real" experience.
