Joke of a company Wouldn't cancel my order before shipping. Now they won't return my emails about returning the items and the return link on their website doesn't work. Absolute joke of a company.

Ordered December, Delivered May I ordered 2 Kettlebells in December, and they arrived in May. I was given a delivery date in early Jan and every month it was pushed back - but I was only notified when I would email. Minimal contact and incredibly late shipping. Was initially very excited about these kettlebells but overall very disappointed

Ordered a kettle bell during their… Ordered a kettle bell during their factory defects (cosmetic) sale in July. Have never received any updates since. Wrote their customer service and only received offers for 15% off my next order and keep getting told they were moving storage for their factory which means they must be selling factory defects that aren’t produced yet? Who pre-sells factory cosmetic defects? So Monday I’m contacting my bank and having the charges removed since my request for a refund is going like the others on here.

Excellent training equipment with great design At first I wasn't sure because I preferred to buy at the more established sport brands but the extraordinary design of the Thor Kettlebell convinced me to give it a try. The shipping process went smoothly and the products arrived on time. I am happy with the quality of the products and they really motivate me for my daily trainings. I even ordered another one as a gift for my friend.

Bad Return Policy for Heavy Items If you purchase anything heavy, keep in mind return is self-ship and the cost of return to ship will most likely be more than the product itself and they have a 22% restocking fee on top of it. Not clearly stated on their return policy page.
