Ordered December, Delivered May I ordered 2 Kettlebells in December, and they arrived in May. I was given a delivery date in early Jan and every month it was pushed back - but I was only notified when I would email. Minimal contact and incredibly late shipping. Was initially very excited about these kettlebells but overall very disappointed

Tribe-Wod I’ve ordered from Tribe-Wod on two separate occasions. The first time I ordered a set of weighted plates and the second was a backpack. While yes, they do take a little longer than normal for items to ship, they provided me good customer service when I reached out to them to correct any problems I was facing. This company gets poor reviews for being “scams” but that’s not the case. We’re used to having products delivered within days of ordering and are quick to write off smaller companies as “frauds” but give them a chance and be patient their products are as described and great quality.

They have my money, I do not have a vest. They have my money and I do not have my vest. After multiple emails with my order number along with all of my personal contact information along with messages to their social media manager, NOTHING. My next step is to contact my lawyer.

Every month conflicts with the prior excuse given. Now they are suggesting they haven't even filled November's orders. Which were claimed to have be filled months ago! So now I caught them red handed in a bold face lie!

Joke of a company Wouldn't cancel my order before shipping. Now they won't return my emails about returning the items and the return link on their website doesn't work. Absolute joke of a company.
