USOrdered December, Delivered May I ordered 2 Kettlebells in December, and they arrived in May. I was given a delivery date in early Jan and every month it was pushed back - but I was only notified when I would email. Minimal contact and incredibly late shipping. Was initially very excited about these kettlebells but overall very disappointed

USI ordered this well over two months ago… I ordered this well over two months ago and have contact tribe-wod through multiple emails and attempted phone calls. If there was a response, which hardly happened, it was attomated and answered none of my questions. This company has been a tremendous let down for myself and my entire active duty, Marine Corps division which the whole purpose was to give this order too one of our own who is on his way out the military. Because of this company's terrible customer service and awful execution to get a person's order to them within a reasonable time frame the Marine now has to have a subpar last minute gift to remember the military by. I am beyond upset at this fact and tribe wod is the main factor to the reason this happened. Terrible company

USHorrible customer service Horrible customer service! It’s 5/10, I ordered a kettlebell late January. I’ve requested an update twice both times it took 3-4 days to return my message. My request for a refund was flat ignored! I had to result to a Facebook comment which magically disappeared within an hour instead of addressing the issue! Stay away from this company!

USI placed prder December 5th I placed prder December 5th. THEIR WEBSITE GUARANTEED I would have my 25# thor kettlebell by Christmas. Every month it is a new excuse. Every month conflicts with the prior excuse given. Now they are suggesting they haven't even filled November's orders. Which were claimed to have be filled months ago! So now I caught them red handed in a bold face lie!

USTribe Wod does not fulfill it's orders after receiving payment I placed an order for a Thor KB in October with delivery guaranteed by December. It is now March. Still no product. Customer service responses are vague. They posted a picture of a warehouse full of this product and continue to sell it. However people buying it even in January are reporting that they have not received their product either. In February I received an automated response to my inquiry stating it would be shipped in 1-2 weeks. That did not occur. Now my order on my account is marked FULFILLED. i never received a new tracking number or the product. I believe I am out the money and the product at this point.
