Received wrong order Received wrong order. Although company tried to resolve, I felt the communication could have been better and more timely. It would take one day for the company to get back to me and this went on after several emails were sent to resolve. I finally received my order 3 weeks later.

I am a putting instructor I am a putting instructor, I ordered 2 midsize pure rubber grips. After U regrouped a putter and was aligning the grip I noticed the top guide line was not centered as it was supposed who h caused me to use the 2nd grip witch was the same. NOT GOOD( see attached photo). I have been a loyal user of spire grips, but if this is how the grips are coming I will go to another supplier.
