Proper allocation I like how golance work because it seems like jobs are consolidated in one place. What I don't like is some people don't know how to exactly use it that's why freelancers are posting themselves as an employer instead of a freelancer.

User friendly for the non tech savvy It's very easy to use especially for someone like me who isn't so tech savvy. Customer support is easy to reach for questions about the site that I can't figure out/navigate myself. Excited to find opportunities here.
