BEST FREELANCE PLATFORM with a Responsive Support I have tried several other freelance sites but GOLANCE stood out. I got hired for two jobs in just 24 hrs after signing up. My only concern is that I was asked to verify my identity which I did but it kept bringing out error message. I contacted support and to my greatest surprise the issue was resolved. Thank you for being the best.

User friendly for the non tech savvy It's very easy to use especially for someone like me who isn't so tech savvy. Customer support is easy to reach for questions about the site that I can't figure out/navigate myself. Excited to find opportunities here.

As a client I don't recommend golance So I'm a client looking to hire freelancers. I posted a couple of hiring ads & 90% of these freelancers just ignore the hiring ad & then spam a generic cover letter ignoring my needs & questions. Unfortunately a good 75% of the online freelance space, but it seems worse on golance. During this time I got sick (still am sick in fact) & the next thing I know, I'm locked out of my account. I managed to somehow get their evil AI bot to get me a ticket opened & asked what was going on. golance pretty much accused me of whatever they accused me of, their exact words were "Your account was flagged due to suspicious activity. Our department of Risk & Compliance has banned you from our platform due to not verifying via Persona." No clue what Persona is, nor did they explain what it was. They didn't ask me ANY questions, didn't even want to hear my side of the story about anything & just closed the ticket. WOW They just cost freelancers potential work & me being able to hire freelancers. I guess there's soooo much work out there for freelancers these days (we know there's not), they don't care if they just cost them jobs. As a client, I don't recommend this unprofessional RUSH TO JUDGE company. Any company that doesn't actually TALK to their customers isn't a company anyone should want to deal with. That's the problem with some online companies, they are full of fear, they accuse human beings of things that aren't true, & they don't even have the intelligence & respect to talk things out. SMH

BEWARE BIG MONEY SCAM BIG SCAM! They have stolen, almost 60 000 USD! I have reported the fraud in my country, but police was too lazy, and canceled the investigation, when the company owner said he refunded my money to my partner, however he never provided the proof! My partner also says he never received the money. The company kept telling lies! With my every question, the people from support kept blocking me on telegram! Now I am reporting the company to BBB and also Delaware Government in United States, I bet they will want to take a closer look at this company and it will be much easier from their country to find justice. Stay Away From Them!
