AUCharging $37 for the Jake Paul card… Charging $37 for the Jake Paul card would be somewhat justifiable if the actual fights would be televised... in nearly 2 hours and all I’ve watched is one fight and music videos. I’m paying to watch boxing not MTV. Very disappointed. There is no need to fill an hour of time between each time with live performances - it really disengages the audience from what is being paid for (boxing). I won’t be watching future events of this becomes consistent. 1/2 performances maybe half way through the card or in between but 3 hours of music and less than an hour of fights is ridiculous.

GBBad customer service Bad customer service. I don’t recommend. I cancelled my subscription but their rubbish system didn’t acknowledge it. I emailed when the money was taken as according to their FAQs you can request a refund just after you’ve paid. Again, I was declined the refund by their customer service going basically against their own T’s & C’s. It’s not worth it. Don’t waste your time.

GBI'm Not Convinced Fite Isn't Part Of Scamming I ordered a while back fite+ and a few of the subscriptions like triller, NWA, etc. When they were all about to expire I went in and cancelled them all as its not really worth the price when you still have to buy PPV. I saw charges from this weekend from fite and logged in to see what happened. All of my subscriptions were active again and furthermore I was charge for 50 DIFFERENT PPV events over the last couple months that I did not order. Obviously will be dealing with the card company and Braintree because I know they aren't gonna do anything. I requested the IP of all logins and streams but the privacy policy bla bla. Even though my privacy or finances mean nothing, the account robbers privacy is most important.
