Please fix fast forward/rewind function Never had any huge problems with the Smart tv app, for the most part it's very good but the fast forward/rewind function needs some serious work. Trying to skip forward or back takes far too long when you can only skip 30 seconds at a time

My 30Mbps connection can play videos on… My 30Mbps connection can play videos on Youtube at 4K and other streaming platforms like "WWE Network" and "NJPW World" at 1080p without buffering. But on FITE.TV videos buffer a lot. Sometimes the video buffer endlessly, so I have to refresh my browser to resume it. Totally ruin the experience.

Steaming quality very good. I order the Davis v Barrios fight £9.99 and the streaming quality was very good 1080p never buffered worked perfect on firestick no grumbles what so ever.

They took my money They took my money, the fight came on for less than a minute with no sound and a large warning came on the screen stating that it was illegal content. I requested a refund and got nothing. This company is crooked and I advice everyone to stay away. I recorded the whole experience including the run around EMs and sent them to the district attorney’s office.

Customer support not helpful Have been a customer for many years on Fite. Have bought many ppvs etc from here. For the most part these have worked okay, although it is not uncommon to experience a lot of buffering (regardless of internet speed etc). But the issue I’m unhappy with is an AEW ppv I recently watched (Double or Nothing). For the entire event the ppv sound was out of sync which made it a very hard watch. I got in touch with their customer support, but all they in summary did is blame the issue on me and my smart tv and the fact that I did not watch live, which from my point of view is not helpful at all. Eventually I gave up as instead of helping with my query, they kept making excuses. I have unfortunately already purchased an AEW bundle of ppvs, so hopefully the other ones work better, otherwise it will be a total waste of money.
