Retired and worthless to the VA Well, I served for 20 years the VA doesn’t give a rats butt about you now I’ve been on a medication for seven years which has been extremely helpful with no side effects but for some unfound reason they now want to switch me to a medication that causes lymphoma. Apparently VA doesn’t stand for veterans assistance or anything else because once you retire they don’t care about you wellbeing anymore. If you have any options, do not enter the military and if you can get out get out because once you stay, you’re worthless. They tell you about the benefits, but when you retire, they rip them away from you
