GBGreat performance in high winds I love just about everything about my new irocker ultra. There is a small gap on one of the accessory holders. And fitting it back in the bag was some work. I probably need to watch a video of the best way to pack it. As for performance on the water, it was incredible. We had 20 mile per hour wind gust with white caps and I was still able to manage.

CAOrdered my second SUP from iRocker Ordered my second SUP from iRocker. Received quickly as promised. Had a chance to inflate at home and all seems good. Can't wait to get it on the water.

GBWhat a great Customer Experience Team! I just received my second SUP bundle as I was already super impressed with the first board. This time around, I noticed that one of the four packages was damaged during shipping. Upon opening the premium paddle box, the carbon fiber paddle had broken off from the shaft. The next morning I called the iRocker Customer Experience Team and spoke with Shelby. Within a few minutes and a couple of email exchanges the replacement paddle was on the way! Excellent customer service, product design and warranty make this company one that I would greatly recommend! Thanks iRocker!

GBBad air fill port location The air fill port is on the side of the inflatable water hanmock, rather than the top. This creates a weak seam point when folding. I have only used it once but do not expect it will last long due to that port location. It already looks like the seam is taxed and going to tear off. (Took a photo when received)
