GBWhat a great Customer Experience Team! I just received my second SUP bundle as I was already super impressed with the first board. This time around, I noticed that one of the four packages was damaged during shipping. Upon opening the premium paddle box, the carbon fiber paddle had broken off from the shaft. The next morning I called the iRocker Customer Experience Team and spoke with Shelby. Within a few minutes and a couple of email exchanges the replacement paddle was on the way!
