GBPurchased tall dress boots but they… Purchased tall dress boots but they were not the right height or calf size so sent them back and re-ordered the correct size. They held $100 on the return. The website says they have the right to charge 10% on a return but $100 is well over that 10% plus a actually purchased another pair of boots. This is not how you treat a new customer.
