15 mm Steelrectangular keeper ring.. I was looking for something really simple to do my own home repair of a vintage rear limb jumping boot. I needed a simple 15 mm rectangular “D ring“ as a keeper for a strap. I was looking for such items through the Internet but it seems very difficult. I then thought of my previous friendly and resourceful experiences with tech and Ryder. I sent a photograph of some thing I was looking for they got back to me the next day and they charge me all of two dollars for the item it came to me in less than a week and I completed the repair. I am really impressed with how personable the staff, especially the repair shop in the engravers can be to their customers especially from out of state. The shop remains my go to place for any sort of repair work.

Purchased tall dress boots but they… Purchased tall dress boots but they were not the right height or calf size so sent them back and re-ordered the correct size. They held $100 on the return. The website says they have the right to charge 10% on a return but $100 is well over that 10% plus a actually purchased another pair of boots. This is not how you treat a new customer.
