I do not do business with this company purchased a refurbished board for… I purchased a refurbished board for 100$, the air valve was broken, looked as though the insert itself was super glued and was unable to hold air for more than a 1/2 hr plus the grip pad came off when I unfolded it. They offered me a 30$ refund or purchase a new one for 40$ more. My son said Mom they screwed you, they are required to fully refund a faulty product! But I went with their offer now I have a mass of unusable plastic that I need to figure out how to recycle or use somehow??? I bought a refurbished board because I thought it was better than buying new. I wish I had just bought a GO board again after mine was taken. My trusty GO board thrived after only one inflation, surviving Vermont winters breaking through ice and ferrying Carlos and I on river clean up adventures... It's truly sad that companies feel it's ok to sell their trash and make you feel gracious that they will send you another for more money...

I just unpacked I just unpacked, inflated and checked. Cheaper paddleboard, but with everything that you need. Looks very good, I am looking forward to try it on water. At my order there was problem with carrier(it seems that lost package somewhere), but there was a qucik response from FBsport Support and they send me another one, but it have to been in differen color. I can fully recomended.

Support in non-existent! I have been emailing this company for the last 3 months without a response. I purchased a $600 swim platform months ago that quit holding air. They said they warranty their product. All I wanted is a return label to send it back so I could get a replacement or repaired and it has been total radio silence. I have sent over 30 emails because its the only way to contact these folks. They say they Guarantee all of their products...Yea! Until they don't... :(

I ordered a floating dock from them I ordered a floating dock from them. When we received it, it was too heavy for me to lift out of the boat. I contacted the company and they were excellent to work with. They had me send my dock back (the dock hadn't been used and I still had the original box and I had to pay for shipping) and they sent me a smaller dock. The product was of high quality. I would recommend this company.
