I used their new customized service and my Jerseys and bib tights turned out better than I expected. Augie their customer service person is great to work with, I cannot say enough good things. Mob of CROOKS I’ve been trying to contact this provider for the last two weeks to return some gear that was too large. It was within the 60 day period they stated in there in their online information as I had been away overseas for the last month. However, I’ve communicated via their contact page, tried to ring them and used Messenger without success. From what I can gather, they must be defunct or no longer in business. I note that others are having the same experience as myself, judging by similar reviews. Furthermore, they still keep advertising, which is highly illegal without anything to support the business. Avoid this online site and hang onto your money.

I ordered 2 beautiful cycling jerseys (from the tarot card series) and they fit just as I expected them to. I've had some disappointment with cycling clothes running way too small. This will keep me coming back.

Great Customer Service We had a mistake with our order and OCG not only replaced it for free very quickly but gave us the incorrect item as a gift. Since my dad is an avid cyclist its really nice to find a company that supply good gear and has superior customer service. I will absolutely be using them again.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service, even with our time zone difference! The product however had s couple quirks. The men’s shirts with sleeves were fine for the most part. Sleeveless shirts were usuallly too large, especially for the women. Colors were fantastic!
