Great Customer Service We had a mistake with our order and OCG not only replaced it for free very quickly but gave us the incorrect item as a gift. Since my dad is an avid cyclist its really nice to find a company that supply good gear and has superior customer service. I will absolutely be using them again.

DV Red Circle Half Finger padded cycling gloves I bought the DV Red Circle Half Finger Gel Padded Cycling Gloves because I thought they looked nice. I prefer gloves without Velcro. They are a good fit, I normally buy Large and I’d say these are a standard large size. However, they are a little tight to put on and take off. Overall very happy with the quality and price though.

The owner and another employee helped… The owner and another employee helped in jersey selection. The jerseys are just what we wanted. It would be nice to have some videos of models/real life people showing how loose/tight the sizes of jerseys are to give potential customers a better visual aid to order the right size.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service, even with our time zone difference! The product however had s couple quirks. The men’s shirts with sleeves were fine for the most part. Sleeveless shirts were usuallly too large, especially for the women. Colors were fantastic!

Mob of CROOKS I’ve been trying to contact this provider for the last two weeks to return some gear that was too large. It was within the 60 day period they stated in there in their online information as I had been away overseas for the last month. However, I’ve communicated via their contact page, tried to ring them and used Messenger without success. From what I can gather, they must be defunct or no longer in business. I note that others are having the same experience as myself, judging by similar reviews. Furthermore, they still keep advertising, which is highly illegal without anything to support the business. Avoid this online site and hang onto your money.
