Excellent customer service Excellent customer service, even with our time zone difference! The product however had s couple quirks. The men’s shirts with sleeves were fine for the most part. Sleeveless shirts were usuallly too large, especially for the women. Colors were fantastic!

wrong size. Ordered 2 pairs of m bibs the same as I've had since 2016, arrived x large obviously wrongly labeled after many emails and photos I've got nowhere lot of money and I have nothing, I will never buy anything from them again appalling service.

Great products/returns challenging but got there! I have bought two short sleeve shirts and a long sleeve jersey from OCG. All are of great quality. The long sleeve was too big and I have had similar experiences as others have regarding returns. Emails/phone messages not answered. The best way to contact them is via their website (their returns portal does not work) and send a message under help/contact us. Eventually I got a return message, a link to a new invoice (you pay 20% only and keep the original to give away). All worked well in the end and I would use them again as their range is so good.

Great company, expected a little more from product. The company is great with quick responses etc. Cons - I am a little disappointed with the bike shirt itself. I ordered a Womens 7xl (sleeveless, full zip, sunset print) but the cut seems very much like a men's, even though the measurements state otherwise. For reference my measurements are 55in chest, 45in waist and 55in hip. There is a lot of lose material near my neck and upper chest and the hips don't seem as wide as they should be. There is also a little undoing of material on the silicon strip that I had to superglue down. Pros - I LOVE that they have larger sizes, lightweight material, good silicone strip, customizable, used it for my triathlon and it was great to swim, bike and run in.

Endless selections Endless selections, very cool, and specifically LOUD designs that I like. I have jerseys, thermal bibs, jackets, and regular tights. Be sure to use the body measurements in the size charts- they are spot on. The customized lettering is literally icing on the cake. Shipping took about 2 weeks, from order to getting them in the mail. I got regular updates on status as well. All the cycling items fit me great, are durable, and do their job, ie, the thermal items. Great customer service and excellent, fun items!
