Great company! Recently I bought a farmer John wet suit and an NRS riptide paddling jacket with Outdoorplay. There were some issues with my order, through my own doing. I ordered the wrong size, and realized my error much later. The staff promptly and politely resolved my mistake. They were very helpful and understanding.
