Easy Return and Refund (multiple experiences) Today, I was looking for reviews of some online stores for items that OUTDOOR PLAY does not have and reached Trustpilot to compare reviews for different online stores. its already 3 weeks since you… its already 3 weeks since you despatched my order but i have not received it yet. it seems stuck somewhere between Los Angeles airport and Greece(maybe). Tracking system of USPS sucks. Not satisfied. HELP...

These folks offer good and responsive… These folks offer good and responsive customer service. I was sent to wrong paddle, no fault of theirs, wrongly labeled. Outdoor play quickly resolved the issue and had the right hand version sent out ASAP. Smooth and painless swap.
