Wouldn’t recommend Took about 2 months to get my parts back. Terrible communication, I emailed them several times. They also didn’t finish the job! Which put me in a very bad situation. I have a 14.5” barrel, I ordered the pin/weld service and went to the range. I was showing my rifle off to my friend and RO and he said, that doesn’t look like it’s welded.. it wasn’t.. So I was shooting an SBR (unknowingly) which is a federal offense. I’ve emailed NS several more times for a refund and explanation - no response..

Great customer service and prompt shipping, even during the current craziness I called NSDefense to speak about my order after I placed it to inquire about its status based on the order summary. It turns out, the status was about to change because it cleared the fraud checks and I was informed it would mail that day. The gentleman I spoke with was a pleasure to talk to and reassured me everything was good with my order and not to worry further. Sure enough, 3 days later it was in my mailbox!
