Done right the first time I recently was looking for a place to get some work done, something a local shop didn't do right. Someone I respect recommended NS Defense. Great customer service and prompt shipping, even during the current craziness I called NSDefense to speak about my order after I placed it to inquire about its status based on the order summary. It turns out, the status was about to change because it cleared the fraud checks and I was informed it would mail that day. The gentleman I spoke with was a pleasure to talk to and reassured me everything was good with my order and not to worry further. Sure enough, 3 days later it was in my mailbox! Overall, a really great customer interaction on the phone, very prompt shipping while most companies make excuses about Covid19, riots, workers not coming into work, etc. and a very smooth and easy order process with good pricing on the products in question. I would definitely buy from them again!

Best place to buy KAC The KAC taupe grip is a standard requirement on all my lowers now. NS Defense was the only place that had them in stock for a reasonable price. Shipping and communication was excellent. I will be giving NS Defense more business in the future. Very satisfied customer.

Solid work, fast turn-around Did well in removing a botched muzzle attachment and had fast turn-around on their work. Only improvement I can think of would be getting an email notification when my parts were received just so I know that parts weren’t lost in transit. Not really an issue, just something that would help my peace of mind. Overall, really happy with their work and would gladly recommend them for work on kac systems.
