I was incredibly impressed with the level of customer service. I knew right then and there I was going to send my upper to NS Defense. I was told it would be done in a day and I was not disappointed. The work was perfectly done, and I received the finished product very quickly. I would not hesitate to use NS Defense again. I wish the best for them and any future business.

URX 4 Order Product took a week to be fulfilled, despite being in stock when I ordered it. Additionally, it did not ship with the installation instructions or the wrench needed to install it and my attempts at correspondence have not been responded to. Lastly, the product came scuffed in a few locations.

Fantastic Armor Work! NS Defense built me a custom 13.7 pinned and welded upper that runs flawlessly! It’s always getting looks at the range and it’s my go to rifle. Fantastic armor work with a beautiful weld on my warcomp. Will definitely order from them again!
