Wonderful customer service! ... but the gloves did not fit - lacks wrist adjustment The company has wonderful customer service! The gloves did not fit and they promptly gave me a refund and free return postage. Also liked the look of the glove, so I thought the glove and company earned a 4 star rating. However, the fact is the gloves did NOT fit and lack any adjustment feature in the wrist. I just wish there were a few additional tools on their web site for fitting - perhaps outlines of the hand sizes that match glove sizes that one can print and use for fitting. The body of the glove fit, but the fingers were almost an inch too long. Also, the wrist area was too tight, with no elastic or velcro adjustment strap.

Gloves that can be seen. The Cold weather gloves I have bought are outstanding. I have been told they are ridiculously bright (reflective) and I am well seen at night. I wish they were a little warmer for super cold weather and a little bigger...they seem to run small (XL I feel is a little small for it's size........all my other brand XL gloves fit fine). Overall, VERY satisfied with the product.
