GBThey cancelled order, no reason or refund I ordered a Winter saddle from these people on Saturday online. They processed the payment in full. Texted me an order number. Zero contact from them at all by Tuesday evening. I emailed twice and texted for shipping info. Instead, Wednesday afternoon they cancelled the order entirely with no warning or explanation. Can't get a live person on the phone or chat to find out oh. .and 3 hours later, my payment still has not been refunded. Total scam behavior.
