You guys promised us to deliver the firearm in 120 days which was June well into COVID-19 Pandemic.. 120 days came and gone still no product. 3 days ago I received an email stating that you guys finally shipped my customers firearm and there is still no firearm... and what's even a lot more weird is no tracking # to be found either. You have to realize any communication I receive from you guys I turn around and inform my customer with the new updates... Now, thanks to you guys I lost my customers trust..! Good job!

AR15 Purchase I bought my first AR15 form Iconic Arms and Ofir and Ariel really took their time to walk me through the specs and answer all of my questions (they are very informative on state laws and regulations). Keeping in mind we are in the middle of this fake pandemic and everyone is trying to become a gun owner and everything is sold out. They managed to get my rifle rather quickly. I recommend Iconic arms for anyone who is looking for exceptional service. Definitely going back for a BUL handgun!

Outstanding customer service Ofir provided outstanding customer service. His knowledge and expertise helped me decide which model and features to order. His relationship with Bul enabled him to approve a change order to modify the beaver-tail which I really appreciate. His response time to emails, chats and calls were and are immediate. I'm very glad I ordered through Iconic Arms. Five stars all the way. I look forward to writing the same for Bul upon delivery.

BUL VIPER Ofir answered all of my questions and was very patient with me when he made 3 changes to my order. Communication was awesome. My Viper turned out amazing. At no fault of their own, it took Bul Armory 5 months because of the Covid19. Will definitely do business with Iconic Arms again.

Iconic Arms is top notch! Iconic Arms is top notch. They were very helpful when I was a first time buyer. I've had experience shooting guns prior but they were very informative on a few things I didn't know. They weren't pushy to make a sale and helped aquire a specific gun I was looking for (Sig P320) which is still currently sold out everywhere in northern NJ (They were able to get it for me in a week!). These guys are good and I definitely recommend them.
