They emailed me when the shotgun arrived at FFL. They followed up after I picked it up making sure that I was completely satisfied. I had one issue, and said so. Found out that the FFL's license on file had expired and a new one had not been sent. Amy contacted the FFL and got an updated license. Amy then advised that everything was sent to shipping, but with the 4th of July holiday they were backlogged but my items would be on their way. I received a call from the FFL a couple days later advising I could pick up my pistol.
