They emailed me letting me know they were waiting on my local FFL. They emailed me when a shipping label was issued. They emailed me when my order shipped. They emailed me when the shotgun arrived at FFL. They followed up after I picked it up making sure that I was completely satisfied. I had one issue, and said so. They went out of the way to make it right and apologized about it. Rate was fair. I would definitely use them in the future.

Great Responsive Customer Support. The representatives have shown excellent customer support. Megan, Lisa and another staff member which I can't remember her name were informative and responsive to my emails and phone call. The prices are very reasonable. I did comparison shopping and they offer the best prices I've found from a legitimate FFL. The order was ready for shipment same day of FFL verification. A total of two business days my order arrived. My items were in excellent condition and they even threw in an extra magazine.
