thumbs up to triplex ordering my stool was a breeze-it was shipped out right away and arrived in a few days. bow season starts in 3 weeks so i'll know more about the product then, but as far as dealing with triplex goes it's been great.

These guys are professional scam… These guys are professional scam artists. I purchased two Stealthcam cellular trail cameras for over $500 on Sept 21 2021- and guess what? Their phone answering machine is full- their customer email don't work- and they refuse to return my money. I never got the product and they won't respond to me. They ripped me off. I have proof - they never sent me a tracking number because they simply robbed me by never sending me my purchase. Stay away from these people- they are thieves. Con artists to the max- swindlers.

Poor communication / no returns Emailed within an hour of placing my order to cancel 1 item on a $300+ order and got no response until the next day telling me it was too late. I was told I could return it once I received it. Emailed to return fletching jig once it was received and exchange for more expensive 3rd axis tool ( I was going to pay the difference), 5 days later and still no response. I guess I'll try and sell it myself. I try to support small businesses when I can, but in this case, spend a few more dollars and go with a reputable company to avoid these issues.

Great customer service!! When they couldn't find an item I had ordered, they contacted me before processing my order and were able to suggest and find a replacement. Very helpful and prompt on getting my order out.
