thumbs up to triplex ordering my stool was a breeze-it was shipped out right away and arrived in a few days. bow season starts in 3 weeks so i'll know more about the product then, but as far as dealing with triplex goes it's been great.

I contacted the owner and was able to get a replacement within three days. Excellent customer service.
