Bury Swim School Been swimming with Bury Swim school since it started - Both my children have enjoyed lessons and made excellent progress. Communication from Denise has been second to none - Have recommended the swim school to many others and hear from others about what great teaching Denise and her team have done for many years for the children of Bury and further afield. A life skill for all by a truly magnificent teacher. Would hope she continues for many years to come at Bury Grammar pool - reputation goes along way.

Top marks for Bury Swim School The children join Bury Swim school after some not so good lessons with a different school and we noticed the difference almost immediately. The lessons are good, they focus on teaching swimming skills and in the end have a little bit of fun usually involving diving or jumping in the pool. The lessons start and finish on time, and in the unlikely event of an illness there is good teacher cover. The changing facilities are very good too.

We went to Bury Swim after my daughter… We went to Bury Swim after my daughter had a bad experience elsewhere and left terrified and didn't want to go back. The teachers at Bury Swim group have been fantastic, both Megan and Denise. They have been brilliant and very patient with my daughter. The smaller groups suited my daughter better and made her feel more comfortable.

Highly recommended Our son has been having lessons at BSS for well over 18 months and his confidence has continued to grow during this time. Jake engages so well with the children making it fun and making sure his explanations are easily understood. He always takes time to praise them when they’ve done well. 9 years of swimming & still counting! My daughter has been swimming with Bury Swim School for 9 years, since she was 4 years old and still going. Miss Ramsden has nurtured her from a child unable to jump in or feel comfortable putting her face in the water, to a really competent swimmer and putting her through her paces! Now smashing it in training every week, with Jake. I cannot say enough good things…children taught by Bury Swim School are so so lucky and I’m a grateful parent. Long may they continue
