So far so good. Justworks was easy to get into and easy to maintain. Stress of dealing with employees in multiple states has been easier as well.

Best customer service Best customer service! Also, the site is much easier to use as an admin compared to other HRIS/PEO systems we have in the past. This has reduced time for us on tasks such as payroll and also reduced errors. The extra benefits they add for our employees is much appreciated as well.

The most painless payroll experience… The most painless payroll experience I've found, after debacles with Paychex and ADP. Perfect for our company of 10 employees. Excellent customer service too.

Negligent, wouldn't recommend. I'd highly recommend against using this for your company. They switched their benefits carriers and lost over $200 in my transportation benefits. It was pure negligence.
