No order fulfillment and no replies to emails I placed an order #8732 on 29th Oct 2023. Since then its been almost one month. I haven't heard any updates for shipping, no tracking info. There is a UK version of this site… There is a UK version of this site online, everything replicated. This second site is a total scam taking money with fake address and telephone number. The US company should be taking responsibility and regularly searching their own domain to identify fake sites or scammers, and alert the authorities, but hasn't/isn't doing that. These scammers are using your products and prices and ripping lots of people off. Please do better from this point onwards. Buyers beware and don't purchase from UK site.
