Once we made our decision of ‘when, where and which’, we were guided through the process with our concierge, handling all of our queries with ease. Top-notch Client Service The guidance and advice provided by Aoife before booking was very knowledgeable and helpful. All of the villas in Barbados are gorgeous, but we were given her professional, objective and gentle input attuned to our needs and budget that made the process pleasant and easy. Every little detail post-booking was attended to promptly and cheerfully by Rowena. I must have asked a thousand questions and was met with only patient eagerness to assist. She organized airport transfers, restaurant reservations, rental car and sports activities — she even mapped out the number of steps we needed to take to get to the beach! I would recommend the quality of client service provided by Exceptional Villas very highly and certainly would consult them again.

First Rate. Best. Typically once you make a reservation, that’s it. However. Once we made our reservation at smugglers cove, Barbados the attention just began. Bless Rowena for making sure that we had reservations , the best table at each restaurant, the kindest chef ( Andre. Who is such an incredible chef that we cancelled our reservations!) and laundry pressed. Not our first time at an incredible resort but honestly they could write the manual. Thank you.

Simply the best. Having used this company many times I wouldn’t consider using anyone else, it’s a very personal service and nothing is to much trouble . Yvonne and Rowena are both friendly and efficient.

All around 5 star trip All around 5 star trip! Marianne was beyond helpful with the planning. Her communication was excellent and she was on top of every detail/very responsive. The house itself was immaculate. Widi and Wayan took care of us during our stay in Turks & Caicos and they were extraordinary. They didn't miss a beat! Shan cooked us an amazing dinner for our last night, I wouldn't change a thing!
